100% recommend for a fleeting trip
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, including a fantastic shower and speedy Wi-Fi, made my stay enjoyable, along with a lovely outdoor pool for relaxation and a convenient location near great dining options and local attractions.

Very clean spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Hotel had a great atmospere and the outdoor pool, although small, was enjoyable. Lounges around the pool were a great way to relax in the late afternoon / early evening sun. Although the hotel was pretty full when I stayed it was still very quiet at night which I thoroughly appreciated. Breakfast was available outside on the patio and was well prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers, business or otherwise.

It was very close to LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, the nice shops of Pasadena are in walking distance and it is a very safe area to be in.
The rooms were very very small. The shuttle service forgot to pick us up from the shops and left us standing on the car park for 35 until we called again to ask where they were. Don't forget to add at least 15% to the price of the hotel because of the added tax and parking costs 14 dollars per day. Breakfast is not included and fairly expensive for what you get.

The lobby exuded elegance with its Christmas decorations. The comfortable mattress in the room ensured a good night's sleep. The air conditioning struggled was nice. The self-parking area felt a bit daunting and far from the front desk, and the ice machine being out of order added to the inconvenience.

Very good location, near all dining, shopping and entertainment attractions. Complimentary shuttle service is very nice. Very helpful staff.
Parking and internet service ran another $25 per night, which was high.

one pays a high price for the room and then to be charged $11 for internet. Then if you use the ethernet cable for your computer you are charged another $11. So $22 for internet that is a rip off.

The room was spacious and meticulously clean, but the dinner experience at the restaurant fell short with disorganized service and subpar food quality.

The comfortable bed!
In house dining was average standard: for example using sliced turkey in a club sandwich rather than turkey breast.

The greatest thing was the free transportation. They will take u anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The staff are fabulous especially our driver;-)
The parking is kind of pricy and should be included with room.

Friendly staff and incredible location.
Sink was clogged up. No towel rack. Hair dryer had layers of grime - very disgusting.

We stayed here as a family of four, and the kids loved the outdoor pool! It was great to spend some time soaking up the sun while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect for heading to the Rose Bowl to catch a game.
My wife says that the rooms could be more spacious for families, especially with all our stuff.

The Classic King guest room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. I appreciated the nice bathroom products too. Although the room had good storage, I missed having a microwave. Pretty solid stay!
